• Restocking Fee: 15% fee applies to non-defective returns (waived for exchanges)

• Returned within our 7-day timeframe
• A standard product (not custom-made)
• Not marked as "non-returnable" in the description

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Defective or wrong items qualify for full refunds or store credit
• We'll make it right without the usual restocking fee

• All returns undergo inspection upon arrival
